SMS Automation

SMS Automation

In the SMS Automation module you will be able to define the message templates that can also be automated with specific actions and conditions. To manage SMS automations, follow the instructions below:

Add Message Template & Automation

  • Press on Settings from the left menu
  • Press on Message Templates from the Advanced section
  • Press on the Add Message button
  • Fill in the fields and press the Next button
  • Select the automation type:
    • No automation - create a message with no automation
    • Action based - create a message with automation that is based on user actions and different conditions
    • Time based - create a message with automation that is based on a specific moment in time and different conditions
  • Select conditions and press the save button

Edit Message Template & Automation

  • Press on Settings from the left menu
  • Press on Message Templates from the Advanced section
  • Press on the eye icon from a message template
  • Fill in the fields and press the Next button
  • Select the automation type:
    • No automation - Create a message with no automation
    • Action based - Create a message with automation that is based on user actions and different conditions
    • Time based - Create a message with automation that is based on a specific moment in time and different conditions
  • Select conditions and press the save button

Delete Message Template

  • Press on Settings from the left menu
  • Press on Message Templates from the Advanced section
  • Press on the trash can icon from a message template in the table
  • Press on the Delete button to confirm the deletion of the message template

Add Automation

  • Press on Settings from the left menu
  • Press on SMS Automations from the Advanced section
  • Press on the Add New Automation button
  • Fill in the fields and press the Next button
  • Select the automation type:
    • No automation - Create a message with no automation
    • Action based - Create a message with automation that is based on user actions and different conditions
    • Time based - Create a message with automation that is based on a specific moment in time and different conditions
  • Select conditions and press the save button

Activate / Deactivate Automation

  • Press on Settings from the left menu
  • Press on SMS Automations from the Advanced section
  • Press on the Assign / Remove button to activate or deactivate an automation
