Report Builder
Report Builder
In the REPORT BUILDER module you will be able to define custom reports. To manage the report builder, follow the instructions below:
Create Report
- Press on Settings from the left menu
- Press on Report Builder from the Advanced section
- Press on the Add Report button
- Fill in the fields and press the Next button
- Select the automation type:
- No automation - Create a message with no automation
- Action based - Create a message with automation that is based on user actions and different conditions
- Time based - Create a message with automation that is based on a specific moment in time and different conditions
- Fill in the fields in the following steps:
- Details - Basic report dimensions and details
- Filters - Multiple and different conditions to filter the report
- Automation - Schedule when the report will trigger
- Press the Save button
Edit Report
- Press on Settings from the left menu
- Press on Report Builder from the Advanced section
- Press on the eye icon from a report in the table
- Fill in the fields and press the Next button
- Select the automation type:
- No automation - Create a message with no automation
- Action based - Create a message with automation that is based on user actions and different conditions
- Time based - Create a message with automation that is based on a specific moment in time and different conditions
- Fill in the fields in the following steps:
- Details - Basic report dimensions and details
- Filters - Multiple and different conditions to filter the report
- Automation - Schedule when the report will trigger
- Press the Save button
Delete Report
- Press on Settings from the left menu
- Press on Report Builder from the Advanced section
- Press on the trash can icon from a report in the table
- Press on the Delete button to confirm the deletion of the report
