Custom Fields
In the CUSTOM FIELDS module you will be able to define the custom fields you work with. To manage the custom fields, follow the instructions below:
Add Custom Field
Press on Settings from the left menu
Press on Custom fields from the Advanced section
Select the custom field type:
User form
Vehicle form
Location form
Operations form
Partner form
Contact form
Fill in the fields and press the Save button
Edit Custom Field
Press on Settings from the left menu
Press on Custom fields from the Advanced section
Press on the eye icon from a custom field in the table
Fill in the fields and press the Save button
Delete Custom Field
Press on Settings from the left menu
Press on Custom fields from the Advanced section
Press on the trash can icon from a custom field in the table
Press on the Delete button to confirm the deletion of the custom field
List Management
In the LIST MANAGEMENT module you will be able to define the items of existing lists. To manage the list items, follow the instructions below:
Add List
Press on Settings from the left menu
Press on List Management from the Advanced section
Press on the Add List button
Fill in the fields and press the Save button
Edit List
Press on Settings from the left menu
Press on List Management from the Advanced section
Press on the eye icon from a list in the table
Fill in the fields and press the Save button
Delete List
Press on Settings from the left menu
Press on List Management from the Advanced section
Press on the trash can icon from a list in the table
Press on the Delete button to confirm the deletion of the list
Add List Item

Edit List Item

In the SMS Automation module you will be able to define the message templates that can also be automated with specific actions and conditions. To manage SMS automations, follow the instructions below:
Add Message Template & Automation
Press on Settings from the left menu
Press on Message Templates from the Advanced section
Press on the Add Message button
Fill in the fields and press the Next button
Select the automation type:
No automation - create a message with no automation
Action based - create a message with automation that is based on user actions and different conditions
Time based - create a message with automation that is based on a specific moment in time and different conditions
Select conditions and press the save button

Press on Message Templates from the Advanced section
Press on the eye icon from a message template
Fill in the fields and press the Next button

Create Report

Press on the Add Report button
Fill in the fields and press the Next button
Select the automation type:
No automation - Create a message with no automation

Filters - Multiple and different conditions to filter the report
