Terminology

ShipmentID (SID) = loading or unloading operation
Booking = the scheduling  operation of a SID, after which it can be edited or canceled
Basic form = the booking form that strictly contains the elements necessary for the port administration to achieve its own goals of compliance with legal requirements, respectively for the realization of legitimate interests
Timeslot = the one-hour time slot (ex: 13:00-14:00) used for scheduling
Timeslot capacity = the operating capacity of the port entity, i.e. how many trucks/hour
Port Queue (PQ) = the total number of trucks outside the port
Terminal Queue (TQ) = the total number of trucks that entered the port but not in the terminal, and which are practically on the runways  inside the port
Terminal Parking (TP) = the total number of trucks that checked in at the terminal
Exit Queue (EQ) = the total number of trucks that have checked out of the terminal but have not yet left the port, and which are practically on the runways inside the port
Residents trucks = represents those vehicles (trucks, buses) that belong to internal entities and that have a parking space provided by these entities inside the terminal itself, i.e. not on the common runways, and therefore do not require an appointment to enter in Port
Visitors trucks = represents those vehicles (trucks, buses) that enter or want to enter the port for loading/unloading operations, respectively operations that require a scheduled booking
Other autos = all other categories of vehicles, regardless of whether they are part of the category of residents or visitors
