SID


The OPERATOR type user is the one who manages the current activity, in terms of schedules, etc., meaning that he has at his disposal a series of operations, respectively those described below.

SID

In the SCHEDULING module you will be able to define and manage transports by using their ShipmentID (SID). To manage the SID records, follow the instructions below:

Add SID

  1. Click on Scheduling from the left menu
  2. Press the Add SID button
  3. Fill in the fields in the following steps:
    1. Scheduling - Partner and building data
    2. Transport Data - Operation type and transport data
    3. Cargo Data - Product data
    4. Additional Data - Operator data, files and other instructions
    5. Timeslot - Allocated time interval for the transport
  4. Press the Save button

Import SID

  1. Click on Scheduling from the left menu
  2. Click on the triangle icon inside the Add SID button and press the Import .xlsx button
  3. Select the .xlsx file for import from the Choose file field or press the button next to the Download XLSX template to download a .xlsx file model to use for filling in the data that will be used for import (ATTENTION: it is important to keep the format data)
  4. Select the .xlsx file for import from the Choose files field and press the Save button

Schedule SID via Drag&Drop 

  1. Click on Scheduling from the left menu
  2. Search for a SID and then perform a drag&drop operation by placing the SID on one of the available timeslots and release the button.
  3. The system will update the timeslot for that SID, send information (mail or SMS) to the contact data in the SID and update the status of the old timeslot (from which the initially reserved period will be deducted) and the new timeslot (it will add the respective period)

Edit SID

  1. Click on Scheduling from the left menu
  2. Click on the eye icon inside the SID card
  3. Fill in the fields in the following steps:
    1. Scheduling - Partner and building
    2. Transport Data - Operation type and transport data
    3. Cargo Data - Product data
    4. Additional Data - Operator data, files and other instructions
    5. Timeslot - Allocated time interval for the transport
  4. Press the Save button

Check-In and Check-Out SID

  1. Click on Scheduling from the left menu
  2. Click on the Check-In or Check-out inside the SID card
  3. Press on the Confirm button to confirm the check-in or the check-out for the SID

Accept and Reject SID

  1. Click on Scheduling from the left menu
  2. Click on the Accept or Reject inside the SID card and do following actions:
    1. Accept the SID - Press on the Add manually or Save button to accept the SID 
    2. Reject the SID - Press on the Confirm button to confirm the rejection of the SID
  3. If the dock for the created SID has the auto-approve option enabled, the accept/reject step for the SID is skipped.

Edit SID

  1. Click on Scheduling from the left menu
  2. Click on the eye icon from a schedule
  3. Fill the displayed fields until the end and press NEXT
  4. Allocate the time interval for the transport and press the Next button
  5. The system will update the timeslot for that SID, send information (mail or SMS) to the contact data in the SID and update the status of the old timeslot (from which the initially reserved period will be deducted) and the new timeslot (it will add the respective period)

Delete SID

  1. Click on Scheduling from the left menu
  2. Click on the eye icon from a schedule
  3. Click on the trash can icon from a schedule
  4. Press the Delete button to confirm the deletion of the schedule
  5. The system will update the timeslot for that SID, send information (mail or SMS) to the contact data in the SID

Search & Filter SIDs

  1. Click on Scheduling from the left menu
  2. From the top of the list, click on different icons to filter or to bring up the advanced search and fill in specific data in the existing fields to search or filter existing SID records
