Access window allows you to define how many hours before and after the booking timeslot you allow access into the premises.

The maximum access window is 12 hours prior to and 4 hours after the booked timeslot.

Adjust Access Window

●       Press on Parameters from the left menu

●       Press on QUEUE tab from the Parameters section

●       Drag the pointers in timeslots

You can set here the percentages of drivers who come too early, too late or who miss their booking entirely.

Set Arrival Conformity

·        Set values for the following percentages:

o   Arrived too early (%)

o   Arrived late (%)

o   Not arrived (%)

o   Arrived on time (%)

o    

Arrival order impacts the processing speed and other parameters. You can set a most probable scenarios and a worst-case scenario to compare figures and see the impact.

Set Order Randomization

·        Set values for the following percentages:

o   Most probable scenario (%)

o   Worst case scenario (%)
